Mai Hoon Dhanbad is a non-profit organization dedicated to inclusive and sustainable development in Dhanbad and neighboring regions. Our initiatives focus on health, education, livelihood, road safety, environmental protection, and women’s empowerment.
The seed of Mai Hoon Dhanbad (MHD)was sown during the COVID 91 pandemic in year May 2020 when entire world and our country were fighting for life saving medicine and non-availability of Oxygen and Hospital beds. MHD team had supported all the patients who needed hospital bed and oxygen cylinder. This group determined to stand together with the people of Dhanbad once our president got stuck in traffic under Gaya Pul, Dhanbad on 22nd August 2021 and found one patient lost their life in Ambulance due to traffic jam under Gaya Pul. Our mission of MHD started with this unforgettable incidence and started our campaign with New Gaya Pul Rail under Bridge. Our organization was formally registered on -22nd February 2023 under society registration act XXI, 1860.
