The organization’s 20 years of work has helped build a level of trust in the community. The team has rich experience in working with rural communities with a holistic approach. Parag Sanstha has developed modules in various thematic areas which will help implement the program in a structured manner. Parag Sanstha’s team has qualified professionals in the field of social development and senior management has long years of diverse experience, especially the field team has been with Parag Sanstha for more than a decade. The team has established networks with local governments, civil society organizations and private organizations at project sites for greater participation and ownership.
