B-Able Foundation

B-ABLE Foundation (BF) is a Section 8, not-for-profit organization and an entity of the BASIX Social Enterprise Group (BSEG) established in 1996, working since 2020 to create dignified livelihood and employment opportunities for youth, particularly women and underserved communities. BF works across vocational skilling and employment, capacity building, micro-entrepreneurship, green skills, agriculture and climate action. As an early NSDC partner and credible implementing partner of UNICEF and other institutions, BF has positively impacted 8.78+ lakh beneficiaries across 21 States, with nearly 48% women participation, and has a team strength of 150+ employees. BF is registered with 12A, 80G, CSR-1 and NGO Darpan and is ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 certified. Its end-to-end model covers mobilization, market-led training, certification, placement/self-employment, enterprise and market linkages and post-placement handholding.
